HEARTSAVER CPR/AED First Aid Course for Non-Healthcare Workers
Virtual Training + Onsite Hands On Training
This course is intended for all non-healthcare individuals who have a duty to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergencies.
WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?
- First aid basics (including scene safety, finding the problem, and calling for help)
- Medical emergencies (including actions for choking, breathing problems, and shock)
- Injury emergencies (including actions for bleeding, broken bones, and burns) Environmental emergencies (including actions for bites, stings, temperature-related, and poison emergencies)
- Adult CPR AED
- Child CPR AED (optional module) and Infant CPR (optional module)
WHO SHOULD TAKE THE COURSE?
security, airline personnel, camp counselors, police, firefighters, teachers, day-care workers and physical-fitness trainers. This course can also be beneficial to any other individuals who want or need first-aid training.
