Once registration is complete, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel a class, you will be entitled to reschedule the class ONE TIME within 60 days of the original class date.
Elite Medlife reserves the right to cancel any class without refund.
Cancellations may be due to: natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, building shut downs, or other causes rendering us unable to conduct the class. If such situations do occur, you will be notified and allowed to reschedule the class within 60 days of the original class date.
Elite Medlife reserves the right to cancel any class if attendance falls below a minimum of 3 students. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance and will be given a choice to reschedule the class within 60 days of the original class date.
Students who do not reschedule within 60 days of the original class date will need to register and pay for another class.

CLASSROOM POLICIES:
Students are expected to arrive to class 15 minutes early to sign in.
Students must attend the entire class in order to receive certification.
Students arriving 15 minutes or later after class begins will need to reschedule, as this is disruptive to the class and other students.
There is No Smoking at any of the Training Center locations.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Students are not permitted to bring children or pets to class.
Service Animals are permitted but please let us know ahead of time.
No cell phone use during class and please keep your phone on silent.
Students are responsible for entering their correct name and e-mail address into the computer system.
AHA Certifications are only issued as an e-card, which requires the student to have a valid e-mail address.
REPLACEMENT CARDS:
Cost for a Replacement Certification card (paper) is $30.
Attendance to a course will be validated by Elite MedLife Team before a replacement card is issued.
If you were issued an e-card, log into: heart.org/mycards to print another card any time within the 2-year certification period.
PAYMENT REFUNDS FOR CLASSES:
At the time of registration, a non-refundable course fee is paid by credit card.
